Starting off with the delay of the already delayed. We were scheduled for the 12.10 pm flight and had received the notice of delay a day prior. On the day of travel we arrived at the check-in counter only to be informed of another delay, and

it was a until further notice delay. We were told to get some food and come back to check on the updates, we went back and we were informed that we had been transferred to another airline but we had to hurry as the boarding gate is closing at 12.50pm, we were informed at around 12.20pm. We ran to the boarding gate and managed to reach there just in time. Our trip was getting a rough start but a start nonetheless.
We did not have food on board as we were transferred over at the last minute. But the steward and stewardess were very kind to us and provided us with snacks and drinks of our choice as much as they were able to. Besides the cabin crew, the uncle and his wife that sat across the aisle from me also offered me some of their food. They were worried we would starve, in which I assured them we had a big brunch before boarding and would be fine. The uncle then asked about where we were from etc. and I told him we were going on an architecture study trip in which he revealed that he is also from the industry. He is an Inspector of Work for the structural engineers he then proceeded to share with me some of the more interesting projects he has done.

Before long we safely landed in Haneda Airport and were on our way to our Apartment to meet the rest of the group that has arrived earlier that day.
